Key Responsibilities (as part of the HR team):
Recruitment & Onboarding
Participation in the recruitment process: organizing selection stages and conducting initial interviews together with hiring managers;
Coordinating communication with candidates and preparing job offers;
Supporting the onboarding and adaptation of new employees (especially in production roles) and mentoring processes.
People Operations / Day-to-Day Support
Coordinating basic HR processes at the department and production-site level;
Supporting managers in addressing day-to-day HR matters;
Assisting with the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Learning & Development
Assisting in the organization of internal trainings and learning sessions;
Supporting individual development plans (for both blue-collar and administrative roles);
Participating in the preparation of materials for talent reviews and succession planning.
Employee Relations / Communication
Assisting in the organization of meetings, information sessions, and employee events;
Supporting wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement activities;
Participating in the resolution of basic employee relations matters.
Administrative & Analytical Support
Preparing HR reports (recruitment, training, turnover, etc.);
Collecting and updating data for group HR systems;
Participating in local and group-level HR projects.
Important: This role involves working as part of the HR team with the opportunity to contribute to various HR areas, but it does not entail full ownership of all processes. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions and grow together with the team.
A professional with a higher education degree (management, HR, psychology, sociology, or related fields).
An HR specialist with at least 2 years of experience (recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, HR administration). Experience in a manufacturing company will be an advantage.
A colleague with English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher, ready to communicate with international teams.
A person with strong analytical skills and confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability and willingness to quickly learn HR systems.
A responsible and well-organized team player who enjoys collaboration, communicates easily with people, and is motivated to grow in the HR field.
