Title: HR Officer (Talent Acquisition & People Operations) — Remote (Full-Time Retainer)
Location: Remote — Philipinnes, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Hungary, Poland. Must be available across multiple global time zones. Flexible to work 6–7 days per week during peak hiring cycles.
Base fee: USD $1,000 - $1500 / MONTH + Performance Incentives (Paid via Wise or direct deposit)

Who You Are
• 2–4+ years experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Comfortable working in an AI-led environment
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management using AI-enhanced platforms
• Strong HR admin experience: contracts, onboarding, probation tracking, HRIS, policy creation, engagement, and performance tracking
• Familiar with ATS / HRIS tools (Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI, etc.) and Google Workspace
• Excellent communicator across time zones and cultures
• Detail-driven and highly organized, leveraging AI for documentation, scheduling, and workflow automation
• Thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving workplace
Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end recruitment: JDs, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers
• Manage smooth onboarding and offboarding with accurate checklists and communication
• Maintain HRIS, develop policies, process employment documentation, deliver contracts, and manage timesheets
• Monitor and manage performance tracking, engagement surveys, and people analytics
• Use AI and automation to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency

• 2–4+ years HR/Talent Acquisition experience in progressive roles from support to leadership/management
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and automation
• Experience managing HR admin, HRIS, and compliance documentation
