The Opportunity
As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) operates compliantly and efficiently in Ukraine. You will support our employees and gig-contractors by managing legally required HR documentation, maintaining accurate employment records, and partnering closely with People Ops and Finance to keep our internal processes running smoothly. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and improving processes. You’ll become a go-to expert on Ukraine-specific employment questions and help us deliver a consistent, compliant, and reliable employee experience.
In this role, you will:
Prepare, manage, and process required Ukrainian employment and contractor documentation — including hiring orders, tax and pension notices, vacation orders, sick leave paperwork, additional agreements, business trip orders, and termination documents. Coordinate employee and gig-contractor signature flows, ensuring all documents are signed correctly and on time. Ensure all data is correctly entered and maintained across all systems (BaF, Workday, and others). Organize both digital and physical employment documentation in Workday and local archives, ensuring all records are compliant with Ukrainian legislation. Partner with Payroll and Finance around financial and audit compliance documentation. Support automation and help streamline how documentation is generated, tracked, and stored. Support other related People Ops projects.Qualifications

Early experience in HR administration or administrative support (internships welcome) — you’re ready to build on that foundation. Genuine interest in growing in People Operations and curiosity to learn new processes and systems. Strong attention to detail — you enjoy structure, accuracy, and the satisfaction of well-organized documentation. Proactive and reliable, able to take ownership of tasks while also collaborating smoothly with teammates. Comfortable using digital tools. Able to work sometimes from our Kyiv hub as part of a supportive, people-centered team.Support for you, professionally and personally
