Your Quest:
As a detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator, you ensure a seamless experience for our clients by managing contractual documentation and coordinating all processes related to their orders. You act as the central point of contact for our customers, supporting them with timely and accurate information while fostering long-term partnerships.
Your core tasks include preparing and reviewing contracts, maintaining a structured database and ensuring smooth document flow. You validate and process orders in SAP, monitor stock and coordinate shipments to guarantee on-time delivery. Additionally, you handle claims and organize service support, working closely with internal teams such as logistics, accounting, and production. Beyond order and document management, you assist with SKU creation and technical specifications, manage spare parts offers and inventory, and support occasional corporate events. This dynamic and independent role combines customer communication, cross-department coordination, and analytical tasks, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment.
