Customer Service Specialist (Temporary)
Join JTI GBS Manila as a Customer Service Specialist (Temporary – 12 months) and play a key role in shaping the future of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. You’ll manage O2C customer service for JTI’s global customers while helping to drive automation and process improvements that make O2C operations smarter, faster, and more efficient. If you’re passionate about finance, technology, and continuous improvement, and have experience with tools like Power Automate, RPA, or data visualization, this is your chance to make an impact in a truly global environment.
What You’ll Do:
Process & Automation Excellence: Identify process inefficiencies, design automation or digital workflows (e.g., through Power Automate or RPA solutions), and collaborate with internal teams to implement them. Lead or contribute to citizen development initiatives that drive continuous improvement and enhance service delivery.Process and manage Customer Service transactions: Including daily and month-end deliverables, while tracking and resolving customer and Supply Chain Management (SCM) inquiries.
Ensure compliance: Adhere to JTI’s Global Operating Guidelines, policies, and procedures, and execute J-SOX controls with accuracy and timeliness.
Analyze and improve processes: Prepare high-quality reports and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance efficiency within the team.
Collaborate and support: Work closely with other process teams, assist on projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives across GBS.
Deliver service excellence: Develop a strong understanding of assigned markets, build relationships with stakeholders, and provide expert support on customer service-related matters.
What We’re Looking For:
University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, order-to-cash, or finance operations within a shared services or multinational environment.
Experience in automation tools such as Power Automate, RPA, VBA, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP (HANA or ECC/APO preferred).
Experience in logistics processes such as inventory management, warehousing, or export documentation is an advantage.
Detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, adaptable to fast-paced and evolving environments.
