People & Culture Specialist
The P&C Specialist supports the implementation of key People & Culture initiatives within the Saudi+ cluster, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the delivery of exceptional employee experiences. This role is responsible for coordinating various People & Culture processes, including payroll, HR controls execution, vendor management, employee onboarding, and providing operational and administrative support to the P&C team.
Position:
The P&C Specialist will be responsible for:
Rewards: The P&C Specialist issues and tracks invoices for external providers like health and life insurance, coordinating payments with the Finance team. They compile and validate payroll inputs, reconcile outputs with external providers, and secure necessary approvals for timely processing. Additionally, the role involves calculating quarterly accruals for bonuses, vacation, and end-of-service benefits, participating in compensation surveys, and maintaining accurate employee master data, including documentation for hires, transfers, and terminations.
Onboarding: In collaboration with relevant functions, the P&C Specialist coordinates and manages the employee onboarding program to ensure a smooth integration experience. This includes overseeing the buddy system, preparing onboard letters and welcome kits, and organizing welcome sessions for new joiners. The Specialist also tracks and documents the completion of probation periods to ensure timely follow-up and compliance with internal processes.
HR Controls and Headcount Reporting: The role is responsible for maintaining accurate headcount data and providing it to various stakeholders as needed. The P&C Specialist ensures timely and accurate reporting of headcount information to JT and other relevant parties upon request, supporting data-driven decision-making and compliance with reporting requirements.
P&C Projects: The P&C Specialist actively collaborates with the People & Culture team to support the rollout of both operational and strategic initiatives. This includes identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve systems, and enhance overall operational efficiency within the cluster.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field2–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar roleNative Arabic speaker with proficient English skillsFamiliarity with local labor lawsStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyProficient in MS Office applicationsKnowledge of SuccessFactors is a plusKnowledge of procurement and vendor management processes is an advantageProactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
