What you can expectAs a ZCX Sales Specialist, you’ll accelerate adoption and growth of Zoom Contact Center (CCaaS), Zoom Virtual Agent and Zoom Workforce Engagement Management solutions through Zoom’s partner ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with regional account teams and partners to identify, qualify and close contact center opportunities—helping customers reimagine their customer experience through Zoom’s unified, AI-driven ZCX platform. Acting as a trusted advisor and overlay specialist, you’ll provide strategic deal support, supporting our internal sales teams, partners and customers, to evangelize the value of Zoom ZCX across the market.About the TeamThe Zoom ZCX team is a passionate, high-performing group driving Zoom’s next growth chapter.
