TrueGroup is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to strengthen its commercial team and drive revenue growth across iGaming brands.
The role focuses on proactive outbound sales, reactivation of existing users, upselling bonuses and promotions, and building strong player engagement without reliance on a fixed client portfolio.
Experience in B2C sales or account management (call center, entertainment, or iGaming industry preferred)
Strong sales mindset with a clear focus on results and KPIs
Confident spoken and written English
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to work with numbers, metrics, and performance reports
High level of self-motivation and stress resistance
Ability to multitask and quickly switch between priorities
Previous experience in iGaming, gambling, or betting projects
Experience with outbound sales, reactivation campaigns, or bonus sales
Understanding of player behavior and retention mechanics
Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Conduct outbound calls to existing customer databases for reactivation and upselling
Promote and sell personalized bonus packages and special offers
Build strong engagement and attachment to the product
Analyze customer activity, sales performance, and engagement metrics
Prepare reports and adjust sales strategies based on results
Collaborate closely with VIP and internal teams to improve conversions
Ensure a professional, customer-oriented experience in every interaction
