CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the CAPEX Projects teams in Mykolaiv (Lviv), Odesa or Olshanske (Mykolaiv) as a Capex Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and controlling small-scale capital expenditure (Capex) programs at the plant level. The role serves as a key interface between the central Capex department and the plant’s operational teams, ensuring alignment on project planning, execution, and reporting. The Capex Project Coordinator ensures that minor investment projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with safety and quality standards, while supporting continuous communication among stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Program Coordination and Execution:
Oversee and coordinate the implementation of small Capex projects and investment programs on site. Monitor progress, resolve operational bottlenecks, and escalate risks or issues where appropriate. Ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.Plant and Capex Team Interface:
Act as a primary liaison between the Capex department and the plant’s production, maintenance, and technical teams. Facilitate planning meetings, site coordination activities, and cross-functional reviews. Ensure timely sharing of project information and updates across teams.Project Documentation and Control:
Support the preparation and collection of project documentation (scope, schedules, technical specs, permits). Maintain accurate records of project activities, approvals, and correspondence. Track commitments, deliveries, and confirmations in coordination with procurement and finance.Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
Collect and consolidate progress data from various stakeholders for internal reporting. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and site readiness. Prepare regular project dashboards and updates for Capex and plant management.Compliance and Safety Coordination:
Ensure project activities comply with HSE requirements, plant safety rules, and permit-to-work procedures. Coordinate with HSE representatives to address safety planning and execution during project works. Support audits and inspections related to small Capex project implementation.Key requirements:
Project Coordination:
Solid understanding of project execution basics: scheduling, resource coordination, risk tracking, and reporting. Experience in coordinating multiple small projects in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Stakeholder Communication:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate cooperation between technical, operational, and project teams. Ability to resolve conflicts and align multiple stakeholders toward common project goals.Organizational & Planning Skills:
Excellent organizational skills to manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder expectations. Proactive approach to managing workload and anticipating coordination needs.Technical Understanding:
Basic knowledge of plant operations, production processes, and industrial infrastructure. Familiarity with Capex procedures and technical documentation standards.Tool Proficiency:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent), and document sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint) Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.Benefits of working at CEMARK
