We’re looking for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to support our HR and Employer Branding teams. This role focuses on providing operational support across various HR tasks, coordinating company merchandise and gifts, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including:
Pre-onboarding activities: contacting newcomers and preparing everything for their first working day
Preparing welcome packages
Meeting newcomers on their first day and organizing office visit tours
Facilitating all required introductory meetings for newcomers
Scheduling English placement tests
Providing all necessary access, registration in the IT loyalty club (issuance of a discount card), etc
Support employees with various questions throughout their entire trial period
Preparing farewell gifts and supporting offboarding activities
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
Operational support in organising performance management meetings, gathering feedback
Organise company gifts for birthdays, work anniversaries, clients, and events
Research new gift ideas, market prices
Manage the budget for all merchandise
Communicate with employees and suppliers to make sure everything is ordered, branded, and delivered on time
Keep track of stock, update gift lists, and manage delivery details
Provide support with additional HR & Recruiting activities, such as internal communications, internal events, and other tasks within the department’s scope.
An understanding of HR functions in IT company
A basic knowledge of how an IT company operates
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Creative mindset and interest in employer branding or corporate culture initiatives
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Slack
English — Intermediate strong level or higher
Finished professional HR courses
Experience working with vendors, managing small budgets, or running similar activities as described above
