Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
Managing a broad spectrum of HR activities from start to finish, including contract and amendment preparation, employee file digitization, and administration of Workday, our HR software platformCollaborating and support payroll vendor with the payroll preparationSupporting HRBP with HR administrative processesHandling employee benefitsMaintaining military recordsEnsuring our employees’ most fundamental needs are met by effectively managed employee queriesImplementing systems/automation-based solutions at the local organizationStaying connected with the other Employee Experience team membersQualifications
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and UkrainianExperience on a similar operational HR roleVery good knowledge of MS OfficeUniversity degreeKnowledge of local labor legislationVery good organizational skills and attention to detailsAbility to prioritize tasksKnowledge of payroll tasks will be considered as an advantageFamiliarity with Workday will be considered as an advantageWhat we offer:
