Requirements
At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry)HR interviewing experienceFull cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnelExperience in introducing, composing, and updating the company’s policiesAt least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
