Requirements

At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry)HR interviewing experienceFull cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnelExperience in introducing, composing, and updating the company’s policiesAt least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

Take care of personnel evaluation and developmentParticipate in face-to-face meetings and interviewsEnsure employees onboardingContribute to employee’s motivation effortsHelp with internal activities aimed at corporate culture developmentAssist in recruitment, position transfers, rotations, and dismissalsTake part in the organization of corporate eventsSupport the company’s staff databaseParticipate in the development of the company’s personnel policies
