Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related mattersRespond to written employee inquiries via HR ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner. If necessary, communicate with requestors or other departments via TeamsProvide first-level support on HR policies and procedures, payroll, benefits, and time-offsEscalate complex or sensitive cases to Tier 2 HR specialists or relevant HR teams as neededMaintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulationsAssist employees in navigating self-service HR systems and direct them to appropriate resourcesContinuously update and maintain knowledge of HR policies and proceduresProvide feedback and suggestions for improving HR service deliveryTOGETHER WE WILL
