Experienced in process analysis and optimization practices such as BPM, BPMN, value-stream mapping, Lean/Six Sigma, value realization, and process miningProficiently understand and analyze customer business processes and commercial challenges, and lead the design of tailored solutionsSkilled in gaining trust, confidence, and commitment from senior-level stakeholdersCapable of running enterprise process improvement projects and advising on solution design and roadmaps for new and existing clientsExperienced in supporting digital solution implementations (including AI) from a business analysis perspectiveProficient in facilitating workshops and joint sessions with business stakeholders throughout all engagement stages: ideation, analysis, implementation, and maintenanceComfortable working as a lead or contributing member of a flexible, proactive, and solution-focused teamCapable of identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and proposing innovative technology solutions to improve efficiencyFamiliar with automation tools, low-code platforms, or AI-driven process solutions (would be a plus)AND YOU WANT TO
