Contribute to pre-sales and other client engagements as an industry expert by providing expert-level guidance and consultation on the specific industry or domainSupport teams in the development of proposals for RFP/RFI processes and pre-sales activitiesConduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process discovery to capture the current client’s practices and existing challenges as well as to understand their business strategies, objectives, and transformation initiativesPerform industry-focused research and analysis to support solution shaping and client decision-makingSupport creation of deliverables for clients, including assessments, recommendations, playbooks, and other assetsProvide guidance to business analysts and implementation teams on industry-specific practices and requirements during the execution phaseReview and validate documented requirements to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices, regulations, and the operating model of the client during implementationParticipate in team discussions on solution design, providing input and advice based on industry knowledge and operational experienceEffectively communicate findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholdersBuild trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and internal teamsCollect and evaluate internal and external feedback on implemented solutions to identify issues and risks, suggest improvements, and recommend additional services and enhancementsCreate client-specific Points of View (POVs) to support pre-sales and consulting engagements.Create overview decks for sub-domains or specialized areas within the industry to be used in pre-sales activitiesRepresent the company’s solutions and industry expertise at internal and external events, such as exhibitions, conferences, and conventionsContribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for industry-specific solution offeringsEstablish a secure customer data management process within BA activities, which includes but is not limited to data obtaining, exchange, storing, retention, and deletion.Follow company data governance policies, practices, and procedures to ensure that sensitive data, including customer data, is treated according to the confidentiality level.Follow off-boarding procedures, fulfilling data retention and deletion rules set up on the project.TOGETHER WE WILL
