Experienced in Salesforce consulting or implementation for 3+ yearsHands-on with Salesforce Financial Services CloudKnowledgeable in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce productsDeeply familiar with financial services processes, including banking, wealth management, insurance, lending, or asset managementExcellent in communication with strong stakeholder management skillsCapable of leading workshops and presenting complex concepts in simple termsAnalytical with strong problem-solving abilitiesEffective working both independently and collaboratively within a teamFamiliar with regulatory compliance, such as KYC, AML,and GDPR (nice to have)Certified as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Platform App Builder (would be a plus)AND YOU WANT TO
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirementsConduct workshops and discovery sessions focused on financial services processesTranslate business needs into functional and technical solutions within Salesforce FSCDesign end-to-end solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud features such as Client Data Model, Relationship Groups, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, and Interaction SummariesConfigure Salesforce FSC components, including Lightning apps, flows, page layouts, and automationIntegrate FSC with external systemsWork closely with cross-functional teams (technical architects, developers, admins, business analysts)Provide best practices and guidance to ensure adoption and maximize ROI for clientsDevelop training materials and deliver end-user training sessionsProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of FSC solutionsTOGETHER WE WILL
