Relevant Software welcomes a talented Business Analyst to join our team.
Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of driver education, offering comprehensive training for learner drivers, aspiring driving instructors, and corporate clients.
As a Business Analyst, you will support and enhance our client’s suite of driver training products, digital platforms, and corporate training solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, optimise user journeys, and drive continuous improvement across both B2C and B2B offerings.
Responsibilities:
Define the business problem and key objectives of project. Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements; Analyze and model business processes and workflows to capture functional requirements; Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams; Evaluate potential software solutions (including existing and open-source components) to ensure alignment with business needs; Propose solutions based on customer needs and business value; Coordinate requirements walkthroughs, ensuring stakeholders confirm that use cases and process models accurately reflect business requirements; Create and maintain documentation: functional specifications, acceptance criteria, NFRs, traceability matrix, setup guides, etc.; Conduct market and competitor research to support requirement definition and product improvement; Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), gather feedback, and ensure timely sign-off from the client; Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and minimize risks; Participating in presales activities.Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role; Proven end-to-end project lifecycle experience (from project initiation to release and support); Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements based on business value and technical constraints; Strong experience in writing product specifications and functional documentation; Knowledge of development, integration, and support processes for web-based solutions; Solid understanding of SDLC and software delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid); Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in environments with high uncertainty; Knowledge of BPMN and UML modeling; Advanced English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken; Experience in prototyping and designing user experience flows;We offer:
