We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Pre-Sales Business Analyst with strong Product Management experience to join our team. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of client engagement, business discovery, and solution design, shaping early-stage opportunities into viable, scalable, and value-driven software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients during the engagement and discovery phases, guiding them through the initial stages of project definition. Conduct in-depth analysis of client goals, business challenges, and solution requirements across industries and domains. Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements, tailoring the discovery approach to each client’s context. Collaborate with the Sales, Tech, Design teams, PMs, and other stakeholders to define viable and technically sound solutions. Guide the early design process yourself or collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that user experience and interface concepts are aligned with business goals. Initiate and develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate key ideas or solution approaches, aligning closely with both technical and business stakeholders. Take the lead in preparing accurate estimates and realistic delivery timelines in collaboration with technical leads, ensuring alignment with scope and client expectations. Prepare and deliver detailed commercial proposals, including solution architecture outlines, MVP planning, timelines, and pricing breakdowns. Participate in client meetings, workshops, demos, and strategic presentations to communicate the value and feasibility of the solution. Conduct competitor and market analyses to effectively position our solutions. Continuously evaluate and refine the pre-sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, AI-driven solutions, and digital trends that can enhance client offerings or improve engagement approaches.Required skills:
1+ years of experience as an Engagement Manager or Pre-sales role within the software development or IT outsourcing industry. 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst. Proven ability to independently perform business discovery, competitor analysis, solution design, and pre-sales documentation. Hands-on experience in AI solutions and a strong interest in emerging digital technologies. Confident in preparing commercial proposals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating complex client needs into executable solutions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Level of English: Advanced (C1). Experience in the Healthcare or Fintech domain is a strong plus.
