Devart Team is looking for a Head of Analytics to create and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy across all business units. Our ideal candidate will ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the organization, contribute to strategic planning and forecasting, and handle key technical tasks in data integration and advanced analytics development.

General

Design and development of data integration systems to combine information from various sources and business units Creation and optimization of advanced analytical models to solve critical business challenges Development of interactive and informative dashboards to visualize key business metrics and KPIs In-depth data analysis and creation of forecasting models for strategic planning Optimization of processing and analysis of large data volumes Technical audits of existing analytical solutions and processes in various business units Participation in the development of data architecture and analytical systems for new projects and products Development and optimization of complex forecasting models to support the annual planning process and strategic development of the company In-depth analysis of historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy

Strategic planning and forecasting

Active participation in the company's annual planning process and analytical insights for strategic decision-making Development and maintenance of forecasting models for various aspects of the business (sales, user base growth, market trends, etc.) Scenario analysis and modeling to evaluate potential business strategies Coordination with the finance department to integrate analytical forecasts into financial planning Regular review and adjustment of forecasting models based on current data and changes in the business environment

Data and analytics tasks

Development and implementation of a comprehensive analytics strategy for all business units Creation and optimization of data collection, processing, and analysis processes across all business units Maintenance of data quality and reliability in all analytical processes Implementation of advanced analytical tools and methodologies

Project, process and people management

Coordination of analytical projects between various business units Development and implementation of standards and methodologies for analytical processes Arrangement of effective interaction between analytical teams and business units Management of the analytics team: task allocation and performance monitoring Development of team competencies in product, marketing, sales, and executive analytics Career management and development of direct reports

Skills and experience we are looking for

General

5+ years in analytics and data 3+ years in leadership positions in analytics Background in companies with various business models (B2B SaaS, B2C marketplace, B2B services) Accomplishments in data integration projects implementation and advanced analytics development Background in strategic and financial planning processes at the company level Accomplishments in the development and implementation of forecasting models to support business decisions Upper Intermediate or higher English language proficiency Knowledge of product, marketing, and sales analytics principles Understanding of business processes and metrics across different business models

Data management and analytics

Deep understanding of data analysis methods and statistics Expert knowledge in data integration and ETL processes Experience with various databases (SQL, NoSQL) Knowledge of data warehouse and data lake architecture principles Experience with cloud platforms for analytics and data processing (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

Programming and technical skills

Programming skills in high-level languages (e.g., Python, R) for implementing analytical solutions Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) Skills in financial modeling and planning tools

Advanced analytics and forecasting
