Devart Team is seeking a Head of Product to achieve product value and market share growth target. A person in this role will help increase user adoption and retention rates, work with fulfillment of the team performance and productivity OKRs.

The impact you will make

Product strategy and development

Optimize of product strategy, roadmap, and product vision Prioritize product features and enhancements. Shape and oversee product roadmap execution. Implement high-quality product analytics. Measure and analyze product performance.

Technical strategy and architecture

Define and guide technical strategy and architecture. Ensure high quality and timely delivery. Measure, analyze and optimize product and engineering teams' performance. Increase focus on developing new features.

Product management and communication

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and timelines. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment on project goals. Manage risks and resolve bottlenecks along with other issues. Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication across teams. Ensure high quality of product functionality requirements and their fulfillment.

Develop business opportunities and market expansion

Optimize product pricing and packaging strategies. Build strong and ensure effective collaboration between product managers and marketing. Support sales team with product expertise and proposition advice. Organize and/or conduct customer interviews and demos. Provide high-quality customer and technical support by continuous improvement of L2/L3 support teams.

Skills we are looking for

General

7+ years of experience as Head of Product, Product Manager or Engineering Manager. 5+ years of working experience in relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL). Experience in effective management of cross-functional teams. Proven track record in product innovation and development.

Product management and communication

Strong expertise in relational databases market. Experience with strategic development and optimization of product roadmaps. Ability to perform thorough market research and competitive analysis. Strong expertise in UI/UX and understanding end-user needs. Data-driven decision making and product optimization skills. Extensive experience in creating product requirements. Efficiency in communication with stakeholder. Clear and concise technical communication. Conflict resolution and diplomacy skills. Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Technical expertise

Experience in strategic technology planning and execution. Ability to provide technical leadership. Technology evaluation and adoption expertise. Ability to ensure technical alignment with business objectives.

Leadership and team management

Visionary and strategic direction setting leadership. Ability to build effective communication strategies for motivation and alignment. Experience with change management leadership in dynamic business environments. Talent development and succession planning. Performance management skills with clear goal setting and accountability.
