We are looking for a Strong Middle System Administrator to join our IT team. Our ideal candidate will solve a range of tasks to ensure the functionality of the internal infrastructure, support the operation of processes, and provide technical support to users.

Responsibilities

Set up, monitor, and ensure smooth operation of Active Directory, GPO Create, configure, and administer virtual machines, allocating resources to virtualization hosts Administer Linux and Windows servers Respond to incidents and issues related to the operation of systems Provide technical support to users and other departments of the company Perform Asset Lifecycle Management Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace ecosystems Implement and support IT processes and new services

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a System Administrator In-depth understanding of networking principles, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and IP addressing Experience with network faults diagnostics Familiarity with XEN/XCP, VMware virtualization systems Extensive knowledge of the XEN virtualization system, being able to maintain operability, prevent emergencies, identify the causes of failure, promptly resolve errors Experience with XEN Orchestra (Community Edition) Understanding the best practices of monitoring with Zabbix, Nagios, and Grafana at the level of settings and system administration Expert system administration of Windows and Linux Having a background in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration Task management skills in Jira and ClickUp The knowledge of Confluence and ClickUp to work with documentation Ability to multitask, keeping focus on the result Innovative thinking, ability to find new approaches in challenging situations Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and meticulousness

Experience with Ansible, Puppet or Chef, IP telephony, MySQL, MSSQL
