Summary
Andersen is looking for an experienced System/Business Analyst in Almaty for a project with a leading Kazakh bank. The role involves developing a microservice-based banking platform for legal entities.
The customer is one of the leading commercial banks in Kazakhstan. The bank's main areas of activity are corporate and retail banking. It also actively participates in the securities market and currency operations in Kazakhstan. The customer has its network of branches and offices throughout the Republic, serving more than 100,000 legal entities and 1.5 million individuals.
The project is a new level of banking for legal entities built on microservice architecture. The goal is to attract new clients and develop a new mobile application for clients with subsequent migration of users.
Responsibilities
Gathering requirements, conducting analysis and research on assigned tasks. Assisting the team in shaping requirements. Developing and decomposing functional requirements. Identifying and describing non-functional requirements. Creating test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Conducting interviews with business owners. Writing technical specifications, user stories, and use cases for developers. Working with development teams using the Scrum methodology. Preparing reports. Overseeing the implementation of new product events and metrics. Collaborating with product managers, business analysts, designers, and the development team.Requirements
Experience as a System/Business Analyst for 3+ years. Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques. Experience in requirements documentation – Jira, Confluence, User Stories, Test Cases. Understanding of software development lifecycle stages and processes. Structured thinking and high level of organization. Experience in full-cycle digital product development. Knowledge of product development methodologies. Advanced skills in writing technical specifications. Understanding of integration principles: HTTP, REST, SOAP. Ability to work with XML, JSON, UML, BPMN, DBMS (basic skills in Oracle, Postgres), Postman, Swagger. Understanding of information system architecture principles and methodologies. Level of English – from Intermediate and above.Reasons to join us
