About the project:
Our client is an American bank. They plan a migration from the old bank platform to the new one based on Salesforce and Mulesoft. This would be a project from scratch.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a BA in the IT field;1-2 years of experience in the banking industry;Experience in the financial domain;Experience analyzing, clarifying, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications;Experience in preparing and creating specifications for IT products;Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities;Practical experience in using BPMN;Experience in describing, analyzing and improving business processes;Experience working with US clients;Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills;At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Will be a plus:
Knowledge of Salesforce and Mulesoft systems;Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements;Mission-driven, competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated to develop themselves and others;Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving change in a dynamic environment;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Process improvement and operations management, particularly within the banking or financial services sector;Collaborate effectively with business subject matter experts to comprehend their roles and responsibilities, and effectively translate them into comprehensive business process flows;Process mapping, value stream analysis, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making;Documenting and visualizing user journeys to enhance understanding and facilitate seamless experiences;Translating business processes and flows into Jira stories, effectively capturing requirements for development teams;Wireframing to design intuitive user experiences and user interfaces;Managing development backlogs using agile methodologies;Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
