Experienced as a Product Owner, Business Analyst with 4+ years of relevant expertiseStrongly knowledgeable in Asset Management (custodian business, transfer agency, clearing) and Lending processes across front-, mid-, and back-officeSkilled in gathering, structuring, and analyzing business and functional requirements, as well as documenting and mapping business processesExperienced in business process transformation & optimization, ideally in large-scale TOM or operating model projectsConfident working directly with business stakeholders, architects, end-users, and vendor teamsExperienced in platform comparison, capability assessment, and understanding configuration needs across domain platformsProactive, structured, and able to bring clarity in a dynamic, fast-changing environmentCommunicating fluently in English within international, cross‑functional teamsFlexible to operate in a Sunday–Thursday workweek during the first 3–4 months of the project (full alignment preferred but not mandatory)AND YOU WANT TO
Contribute to the platform selection process for a major financial institution in the Middle EastAnalyze and map complex functional requirements across multiple potential solutionsPrepare documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), gap analyses, and capability comparison matricesFacilitate and support discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and vendor solution demonstrationsCollaborate closely with stakeholders to define end-to-end processes in Corporate and Investment BankingProvide advisory support based on industry best practicesAssist in evaluating digitalization opportunities across onboarding, lending, corporate channels, and loan lifecycle managementTravel onsite to Qatar approximately 20–30% of the time, if requiredEngage in a short-term assignment with the possibility of extending the cooperationTOGETHER WE WILL
