The brand is based in San Francisco and sells luxury skincare products worldwide.Client’s main IT “product” is its e-commerce website, which functions as a digital platform to sell products, educate customers, and personalize experiences.Runs on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) — an enterprise e-commerce platform that supports online shopping, order processing, customer accounts, and product catalogs.Hosted on cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Cloudflare) for reliable performance and securityUses HTTPS/SSL encryption to secure data transfers.Integrated marketing and analytics technologies such as Klaviyo (email & SMS automation), Google Tag Manager, and personalization tools to track behavior, optimize campaigns, and increase conversions.It’s both a shopping platform and a digital touchpoint for customers worldwide.RequirementsStrong knowledge and skills in Product ManagementExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsExcellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and negotiateAbility to quickly grasp and solve complex customer and business problemsStrong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and managementProficiency in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and diagramsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organizationFacilitation and ownership skills are a mustStrong experience in change managementStrong experience in backlog management, prioritization, estimation, planningFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Experience with UI/UX considerations and working with design teamsExperience with cross-cultural multi-team environmentFluent English – comprehensive written and verbal communicationAbility to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with technical leadsAbility to present information clearly and conciselySelf-motivated and proactive approach to workAbility to travel Nice to have:PSPO, SAFe, other Product Owner/Manager certifications are a plusExperience with the Beauty Retail domain is not a must, but is a big plusVisa to the USAJob responsibilitiesPerform the core product management/ownership tasks, supporting the internal teams and the clients, including:Define product delivery scope and deliverables in collaboration with all stakeholdersBuild delivery roadmap with alignment to the product vision and strategyPlan releases, monitor progress with focus on timely commitmentManage stakeholders, align on priorities, negotiate scopeManage requirements – elicitation, analysis, breakdown, traceabilityTranslate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional features with decomposition to user stories, manage and prioritize the product backlog for 2-3 scrum teams, lead and facilitate stories refinementEnsure that all requirements are clear, concise, testable, and aligned with project goals and technical capabilitiesTrack and report on product features delivery progress to the top level stakeholders internally and externally (to the client).Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development teams.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure alignment.Work closely with the development team to ensure that proposed solutions effectively address business needs and are technically feasible.Participate in solution design discussions, providing business context and validating proposed approachesSupport testing efforts by reviewing test plans and cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of requirements.Create and maintain all required product documentation.Proactively communicate product-related topics across all levels of the project in a clear and concise manner.Proactively identify and escalate potential risks, issues, and dependencies related to product requirements.Establish and support change management processes by assessing the impact of changes on existing functionality and requirements, and aligning the implementation with the releases goals and plans.Listen to clients and team member’s feedback to improve the product management process.What we offerCulture of caring.
