Responsibilities
Maintaining internal infrastructure at the office (Windows Server, Mikrotik, Nginx, Linux). Configuring, installing and supporting Windows Servers, Linux.Routing configuration between offices.Working within the ticket system, processing Level 1 support tickets from employees.Organizing supply of equipment.Administering Active Directory.Setting up new equipment. Providing users support. Accounting for equipment in the office.Requirements
Experience as a System Administrator for 1+ years. Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux operating systems. Strong networking skills. Experience with Mikrotik network router. Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) technology. Understanding of the operation of mail servers and mail protocols.Understanding of SLA approach.Analytical and logical thinking.Level of English – from Intermediate and above.Desired skills
