What you’ll be working on:
Creating and managing a sales teamProspecting and acquiring new clientsMaintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing and potential clientsAnalyzing market trends and customer needsParticipating in conferencesConducting product presentations, closing deals, and handling objectionsDeveloping and implementing marketing strategies and analyzing their effectiveness (social media, video content, conducting interviews).We are looking for:
At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and salesExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience in team managementIndependence and proactivity in problem-solvingUpper Intermediate level of English proficiencySignificant advantages will be:

There is already a tech lead, a large team of Java developers, business analysts, testers, and a product owner.
Future goals:
Initially, you will work independently and then will involve a team. You will be responsible for forming and maintaining the sales team. During the probationary period, the primary goal will be to familiarize yourselves with the product. KPIs have not been established yet, but they will be. Bonuses will be calculated based on revenue.
