CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the Strategy & Development Department as a Strategy & Development Manager who will collaborate with the Strategy and Development Director and members of the management teams across Ukraine on various strategy development initiatives and potential acquisition projects in order to help the business to execute its growth ambitions and to create value.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide analytical support and contribute to the process of defining the strategy and development plans for the CRH business in Ukraine Presentations, infographics, data analysis, market search (ppt, word, excel) Conduct research on market, industry trends and innovation / whitespace Market analysis, presentations, stakeholder management (ppt, excel, emails) Build analytical models and perform financial and business analysis concerning new business plans Financial models, indicators analysis, forecasts, trends, summaries and recommendations (excel, ppt) Perform project management of targeted development opportunities from initiation to closing (including acquisition (M&A) processes consisting of strategic fit analysis, business assessment, due diligence, valuation, contract negotiation and integration and post-closing issue resolution) Project approval documents, valuation models, stakeholder and project management (Word, ppt, excel, emails)Key requirements:
