Analyze skills, workflows, and knowledge gaps across different teams;
Assist in designing development paths for junior–senior roles, including onboarding, upskilling, and leadership readiness;
Collaborate with team leads and subject-matter experts to align training with quality standards and performance goals;
Create engaging formats: simulations, live coaching, on-demand content, playbooks;
Measure impact through performance and behavioral data;
Help foster a culture of continuous learning across different projects, shifts, and time zones.
1+ year of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or a related role;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Understanding of how learning initiatives can influence performance metrics and overall business outcomes;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment;
Instructional design and facilitation skills.
Will be a plus:
Experience working with support or marketing teams;
Familiarity with e-learning tools or learning management systems (LMS).
