Requirements
Hard skills
- 1+ year of experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or related positions;
- Advanced level of English;
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal;
- Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders (managing client expectations and resolving conflicts);
- Solid understanding of software development processes and the technology industry;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and selling abilities (prioritize tasks, manage time, negotiation).
