What this position is about - Purpose:

 

Do you have a passion for data, a strong analytical mindset, and a drive to turn raw information into actionable business insights?

We are looking for an IT Data Analytics Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. This role is essential in managing and optimizing data pipelines, analytics solutions, and reporting systems to support key business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure efficient data processing, integration, and visualization.

If you have experience with Azure data services (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics), SQL, Power BI, and data pipeline management, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

 

 

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

Manage and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Azure data services to support business decision-makingDesign, build, and maintain data pipelines and architecture within AzureDevelop data models that support functional business requirementsIdentify, design, and implement process improvements for data workflowsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand and support their data infrastructure needsEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance across different systemsAssist in data visualization and reporting using Power BI or other BI toolsWork closely with IT and business teams to optimize data-driven solutions and provide support for existing applications/solutions. 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.Bachelor's or master’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics or computer scienceHands-on experience with Azure data services (ADF, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics).Proven experience in designing and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS and SQL. Familiarity with data warehouse principles and best practices for data integrationStrong analytical skills, particularly in working with structured and unstructured data.Experience with big data tools (e.g. Spark)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with Python or similar tools for data manipulation and automation.Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plusAbility to learn/adopt to new technologies and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking and project management skills.Collaborative mindset and Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
