We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst who will become a part of our talented team.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ITUpper-Intermediate (B2+) English for daily client communicationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsSolid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Ability to work on multiple projects in parallelAttention to detail, structured thinking, and business mindsetOpenness to learning, adaptability, and professional growthHands-on experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tracking/documentation toolsNice to Have:
Experience in telemedicine or e-commerce projectsBackground with startups or early-stage product developmentKnowledge of estimation techniques and close collaboration with tech teamsFamiliarity with wireframing/prototyping (Figma, Miro, Balsamiq)Basic understanding of UX principlesPractical knowledge of API concepts (REST, SOAP, Postman) and integrationsAwareness of compliance standards (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)Basic data analysis skills (SQL/ BI tools)Responsibilities:
Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholdersTranslate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteriaFacilitate requirements elicitation sessions (interviews, workshops, brainstorming, surveys, process mapping)Visualize requirements and processes using UML/BPMN diagrams, flows, and prototypesAct as a bridge between clients, PMs, developers, QA, and designers to ensure a shared understandingManage and prioritize product backlog, prepare scope for sprints/iterationsEnsure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle (Discovery → Delivery → Release)Support the team in scope management and facilitate change requests handlingValidate deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals and user expectationsContribute to process improvements, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing within the teamWe offer:
