We invite a Senior Business Analyst to join our highly specialized engineering team working on a critical financial transaction platform. In this role, you’ll analyze and translate business needs into actionable requirements and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the development of a high-volume, high-performance payment orchestration system. You’ll help ensure our mission-critical software meets business objectives, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

4+ years of business analysis experience in software development or fintechStrong skills in gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into actionable requirementsExperience with high-volume, high-performance financial systems or payment platformsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product)Proficiency in BA methodology and tools, including Confluence and JiraStrong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum and continuous delivery environmentsUpper-Intermediate+ English levelAbility to simplify complex concepts for clear communication and effective decision-makingDesirable:
