REQUIREMENTS
Solid background in deploying out-of-the-box CRM/ERP or enterprise-grade products in client environments2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst positionUpper-Intermediate English for daily communication with clients’ teams and running workshopsStrong interviewing and negotiation skillsKnowledge of software development methodology basicsAbility to produce clear and structured documentationExperience in documenting business requirementsAbility and desire to work in a teamTime management and prioritization skillsNice-to-have skills
Experience in similar positions in FMCG companies or on the contractor’s side (integrators, consulting companies)Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Distribution Management System), BI (Business Intelligence), and TPM (Trade Promo Management) software solutionsUnderstanding of retail distribution structure and marketing activitiesRESPONSIBILITIES
Studying, analyzing, and describing business processes within the scope of ongoing projectsCreating reports and technical specifications for developing additional software functionalityInteracting with the customer, clarifying requirements, and understanding project specificsCollaborating closely with the software development teamConducting presentations and demonstrations of the product’s functionality for customers
