Who we are looking for We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technology for solutions built around Intelligent Agents and Generative AI (GenAI).You are someone who:has 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex environmentsunderstands enterprise processes (ideally SAP / ERP or similar)is comfortable working with technical teams and backend concepts (Node.js is a strong plus)is curious about LLMs and GenAI ecosystems (tool calling, RAG, memory, frameworks like LangChain/LlamaIndex)
Your future role As a Business Analyst, you will:
Elicit and structure requirements from stakeholders, translate them into clear workflows and user storiesMap and optimize processes where GenAI/agents can improve efficiency and decision-makingSupport delivery of AI-powered solutions, including integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP)Work with engineers on AI workflow design: tool calling, memory, retrieval (RAG), API integrationsHelp shape features using frameworks such as LangChain / LlamaIndex (or similar)Maintain clear documentation (process maps, requirements, UAT scenarios, decision logs)Support UAT: define test cases, validate outputs, gather feedback, iterateMonitor implemented solutions and contribute to continuous improvement
