1. Analyze the behavior of users and interactions with payments, and provide meaningful insights that shape the product’s strategy and roadmap
2. Own the monitoring and reporting of the company, teams and product’s main KPIs and success metrics
3. Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics, as well as monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
4. Collaborate with external Wix companies (business verticals, Funnel, site builders, etc.) to design and rollout new features in the Wix ecosystem
5. Lead the creation of in-depth and impactful data analyses, translating business and technical requirements into comprehensive data models 
6. Present vital insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

• An experienced data, product, or web analyst
• Proficiency writing complex SQL queries, translating business/technical needs into data models, creating impactful analyses and presenting insights
• Proven ability as both an independent expert and a collaborative team member, with leadership skills to help balance your team's efforts and maximize efficiency
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and guiding team members, helping them navigate their tasks and grow in their roles
• Motivated and enthusiastic about data, business and technologies, with a strong background in handling complex analytical challenges
• Curious, original thinker who pays attention to details and comes up with creative business questions that drive deeper insights

We have developed our own custom payment processing solution that blends many integrations into one clean and intuitive user interface. We also build innovative products that help our users manage their cash and grow their business. 

And this role is under the umbrella of  Wix’s Business Analyst Guild. We leverage the power of data to impact our products and business plans. We provide C-level management with strategic analysis to support data-driven decision-making. As Business Analysts, we work with Product, Finance, Investor Relations, Marketing, Business, and Data to improve Wix’s business results and growth.
