In this role, you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate business and technical requirements Translate business needs into technical solutions and document business logic Support developers in creating detailed technical concepts Participate in Grooming meetings and coordinate with Design and QA teams on interface logic and issue resolution Define quality attributes, including interfaces, constraints, and limitations Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and demos for internal teams Assist in prioritising requirements effectively Skills and experience you will need: 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar IT role, with experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work closely with stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA Understanding of system architecture (front-end, back-end, APIs) and relational/non-relational databases Knowledge of BPMN/UML modelling techniques and Agile methodologies Experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, and CMS Basic SQL and API knowledge (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) English: Intermediate+ Nice to have: Experience with high-load or multi-market products Background in iGaming, entertainment, or consumer-facing platforms UX/UI awareness and user-centric mindset HIRING PROCESS: Intro Call with TA Specialist → Technical Interview → Final interview → Offer We offer: Level up daily.
