You are going to deal with:

• ensuring quality, cost effective and timely recruitment of experienced hires;

• direct search and pre-screening of CVs, reference checking;
• candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers;
• making job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring process;
• delivering welcome training to new joiners.

What you'll contribute?

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment;
• excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills;
• analytical and goal oriented personality;
• able to work independently and in team.
