Why This Role Matters
The Senior Accounting Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial accounting and reporting in line with corporate policies, local regulations, and reporting deadlines. The role supports month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting, taxation, and internal control activities, while providing analytical insights and clear explanations of financial results. Acting as a trusted business partner, the Senior Accounting Specialist collaborates cross-functionally, contributes to process improvements, supports audit and compliance requirements, and helps strengthen team capability and financial governance.
What You'll Do
Manage account payable process and post vendor invoices
Manage input VAT process in Medoc and SAP and support compliance with local tax legislation and authorities (VAT & Corporate Tax)
Check and post T&E reports
Cooperate with accounting manager to prepare the month end financial information and within the corporate dealines
Support annual and quarterly financial statements preparation as well as required documentation for auditors
Handling additional requests from the direct manager
What You'll Bring
3-7 years of experience relevant to finance and accounting with continuously increased responsibility
Intermediate proficiency in English
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or accounting or professional accounting certification
SAP knowledge is considered a plus
The position is temporary due to the mobilization of an employee.
