Responsibilities:

• Working closely with directors and partners who will provide you with the support and opportunities to assist you in realizing your full potential;
• Assistance with the accounting function set-up and statutory accounting consulting (reviewing the client’s existing accounting policies/processes);
• Tax management services (reviewing the client’s existing tax/finance function processes, roles and responsibilities, resources and skills; comparing them against industry best practice);
• Preparing and reviewing tax reporting, advising on finance and tax accounting;
• Developing innovative solutions and opportunities for our clients;
• Building up long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients;
• Coaching and developing junior staff members;
• Developing and expanding the Accounting Outsourcing & Tax Compliance Group practice of KPMG in Ukraine.

Requirements

• University Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (Master’s degree);

• Strong knowledge of accounting (Ukrainian National Standards and IFRS);
• Strong knowledge of the Ukrainian tax legislation;
• At least 5 years of accounting/ financial/ tax experience (experience within Big4 or other consulting companies will be a plus);
• 1C, SAP, Navision (Oracle will be a plus);
• Excellent communication skills (English, Ukrainian);
• Motivation to grow up professionally and to be successful;
• Strong managerial, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Result-orientation and multitasking.
