Finance Entity Accounting and Reporting Specialist
The purpose of the role:
Entity Accounting and Reporting Specialist is responsible for supporting Finance and FP&A local teams in accounting, reporting and FP&A area in order to have all data accurate. At the same time, the Specialist collaborates with other team members and stakeholders from different teams, takes part in meetings and in projects assigned to the team.
What will you do?
Responsible for timely preparation of draft IFRS and statutory reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local accounting legislation. Includes entity planning and maintaining documentation in line with corporate and local requirements.Perform financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities, contributing to overall financial planning and decision-making.Oversee GBS Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, from data collection and analysis to posting initiation and reporting, specifically within the General Ledger function.Perform reconciliations of key account balances (e.g., accruals, AP, prepayments, fixed assets, intercompany), support JSOX control execution, and document evidence to ensure complianceProvide comprehensive support for internal and external audits, ensuring timely delivery of documentation and responses to audit queriesAssist in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects as required, collaborating with various business partners within and outside GBSWho are we looking for?
University degree, preferably specializing in economics, finance, or accounting with a strong knowledge of IFRS and any other statutory/local GAAPMin 2 years work experience in GL/RTR area, with experience in preparation of Financial Statements (must) and in a multinational working environmentExperience in FP&A basic activities of budget and forecastingFluency in English is essential, other language is a plusStrong Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial dataStrong knowledge of IFRSExperience with SAPExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective team player and business partnerHigh integrity and culturally adaptableAre you ready to join us?
