We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Marketing Engagement & Activation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination, execution and management of marketing engagement and activation programs, with a focus on event planning, organization and implementation. You will ensure seamless execution across different channels through effective cross-functional collaboration, third-party coordination, analyzing and reporting.

Plan, coordinate and manage marketing engagement and activation initiatives, including consumer events and brand experiences, according to approved project plans.Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Legal, CA&C, Procurement, etc.) to ensure timely approvals and alignment.Manage third-party briefings and oversee field execution, monitoring standards and collecting feedback.Supervise the production and delivery of marketing materials and incentives, ensuring availability and timely delivery.Prepare regular updates, mid-project reviews, and final reports for all stakeholders.Support the selection of strategic locations and platforms for brand visibility.Lead ad-hoc marketing activations in response to evolving business needs.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure efficient data flow in accordance with internal standards.Guarantee transparent and reliable reporting accessible to all key stakeholders.Manage time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines and shifting priorities.
