Responsibilities
Organizing and managing the lead generation process to align with regional plans and targets.Testing and implementing innovative approaches across various marketing channels (email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media Ads).Collaborating with the event team to ensure the successful execution of regional events.Conducting comprehensive market research to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities.Developing and delivering insightful analytics and reports to the CMO and regional Sales Heads, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and maximize impact.Requirements
Experience in a B2B IT company focused on the US market for 3+ years.Hands-on marketing project management experience for 1,5+ years.Deep understanding of marketing channels and digital advertising platforms (email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media Ads).Proficiency in CRM systems and analytical tools (Power BI).Demonstrated knowledge of quick scaling techniques in a competitive market.Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.Reasons to join us
