C&T Activation Manager (m/f/d)
Position:
The incumbent is responsible for leading our brand integration and brand activation initiatives across the HoReCa channel, new business channels and consumer fairs on the Swiss market. The role is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and optimizing impactful brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Develop annual activation plans tailored to the HoReCa channel and key consumer fairs to drive brand visibility and trial, as well as identify and activate emerging channelsPlan and oversee brand activations and 121 promotions in HoReCa outlets, HoReCa-related pop-ups, consumer fairs and new channels with a focus on excellence in executionBuild strong relationships with HoReCa partners, event organizers, agency partners and key stakeholders to align activations with overall brand strategy and wider organizational initiativesAlign activation strategies with brand objectives and marketing campaigns and collaborate closely with activation, brand teams, sales and SI to ensure integrated executionTrain and support ambassadors, promoters, or sales staff to deliver impactful consumer experiencesTrack and measure the effectiveness of activations and provide stakeholders with comprehensive post-project reports, evaluating performance against predetermined KPIsManage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact, as well as provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization of future activitiesRequirements:
University degree in Marketing, Economics or similarSolid experience in brand activation, event management or channel marketingProven track record of delivering activations in HoReCa, FMCG, or lifestyle industriesStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skillsCreativity, agility, and a passion for brand building. Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring ROI of activations and consumer engagement. Willingness to travel frequently to events and activationsFluent English, German or French are considered a plusWhat to expect:
