M&S Reporting Team Lead

About the position:
M&S Reporting Lead with responsibility for managing a team delivering Strategic Insights, Operational, and OneData reporting. Leads continuous improvement initiatives to standardize, simplify, and optimize reporting processes. Develops and enhances reports and analytics, supports market transitions to GBS, and ensures performance KPIs are met. Acts as a key liaison for knowledge sharing, onboarding, and cross-market collaboration.
As M&S Reporting Lead you will:
Be responsible for the cluster (markets or/and HQ functions), aiming to sustain the knowledge, improve workload distribution, and be responsible for performance KPIsKeep the team focused and motivated, support their development and ensure learning opportunitiesLead projects related to the Center of Excellence aiming to develop new tools and models, as well as improve existing onesSupport to Center Process Manager in reviewing new market requestsGenerate and analyze reports for the Marketing Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets. These reports help stakeholders create actions to help achieve company business goals and targets Sharing and capturing the market knowledge, onboarding of new membersPlease note that the Team Lead will report to the Central Process Manager and will support in managing the team rather than having full line management responsibility
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center or any related industryTeam management skills to coach, develop and motivate individualsExcellent understanding of M&S reporting processes (and other business processes)Project and time management skillsGood communication and presentation skillsMS Office (Advanced Excel and PPT)Power BI (Developer Background)Creation and adoption of analytical modelsWhat we offer:
