O2C Credit & Collections Team Lead
Join JTI GBS Manila as an O2C Credit & Collections Team Lead and take charge of managing our credit and collections operations for Distributor Partners, Key Accounts, and Direct Sales customers. You’ll lead a team that ensures accurate and compliant execution of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, while driving efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement across the function.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee the day-to-day credit and collections activities, including customer payments, AR adjustments, reconciliations, and SAP transactions to ensure data accuracy and compliance with JTI policies and AML guidelines.Provide guidance and leadership to the team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.Identify process improvement opportunities, analyze operational issues, and implement actions to enhance efficiency and service quality.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support business transitions, system implementations, and reporting requirements.Ensure compliance with J-SOX controls and support audits through accurate reporting, documentation, and process reviews.What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Around 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with strong exposure to AR, Credit & Collections.
At least 3 years leading a team — you know how to motivate, guide, and drive results.
Solid experience using SAP (ideally S/4HANA) and handling CWT and other PH-specific tax requirements (required).
A knack for solving problems, making sound decisions, and managing details without losing sight of the big picture.
Confidence in communicating with stakeholders, staying calm under pressure, and being assertive when needed.
A continuous improvement mindset — always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to get things done.
