Procurement Specialist

Position:

As a Procurement Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of implementing strategic procurement initiatives, supporting data-driven decisions, and building valuable partnerships. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing our supplier base, delivering measurable value, and supporting our organization's sustainability goals through innovative procurement practices. This includes:

Support implementation of category strategies and contribute to local initiativesBuild supplier relationships and support supplier base optimizationDrive data-driven procurement decisions and continuous improvement projectsEnsure procurement targets achievement and complianceFoster stakeholder collaboration and maintain effective business partnerships

 

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related function, ideally within FMCG or a similar industryExperience in conducting RFx processes and negotiations for indirect products and servicesAdaptability and enthusiasm for changeProactive team player mindset, openness for continuous learningStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesOutstanding communication abilitiesTechnology-savvy mindsetLanguage: Polish and business-level English required; additional languages are an asset
