How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

forming supplier databases in the areas of IT equipment and services maintaining and improving the terms and conditions of cooperation under current contracts carrying out expertise in the IT services market, searching for new services, optimising and analysing current services working with the full procurement cycle from receipt of an application to signing a contract analysing and finding alternative services to meet the company’s business needs carrying out strategic sourcing preparing and implementing the procurement plan for the year participating in the preparation of terms of reference building effective cooperation with stakeholders

To achieve the results, you will need:

at least 1 year of procurement experience in IT services knowledge of the market of equipment suppliers (mandatory) knowledge of the IT services market (Atlassian, Microsoft, Google services, HR systems, work with hosting and data centres, telephony, etc.) skills of successful negotiations with suppliers analytical skills, skills of working with large amounts of information, attention to detail understanding and skills in calculating TCO skills in building procurement processes and knowledge of procurement analysis tools Intermediate level of English higher technical/legal education will be an advantage

Challenges for three months:

developing business requirements for commodities and materials or services preparing a procurement calendar forming a database of suppliers of commodities, materials and services

You determine a convenient time for yourself; business hours, when everyone is always in touch, are from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration) day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company day off for blood donation
