How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

consolidating and analysing information from internal data sources (DWH) in terms of analysing customer behaviour and customer experience preparing, generating and automating operational reporting in Tableau analysing data to obtain important information and new insights (data mining) to improve customer experience looking for patterns and explanations of events using data ad-hoc requests from colleagues from the company’s operational departments systematising and visualising data

To achieve the results, you will need:

at least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst knowledge of SQL for data query (window functions, data grouping) knowledge of one of the BI tools (Tableau/ClickView/PowerBI) knowledge of Python for working with big data will be an advantage

Challenges for three months:

update and prioritise the task pool together with colleagues develop reports and dashboards from the planned pool ensure the process of analysing ad-hoc requests from colleagues adaptation in the team and within the staff

How do you manage your working hours?

You determine a convenient time for yourself; business hours, when everyone is always in touch, are from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration) day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company day off for blood donation
