Electronic Specialist

About the position:

Electrical Specialist maintains, monitors and enhance Machine performance, ensures compliance with company and safety policies and procedures. She/he is responsible for maintaining high performance, ensuring production targets and KPIs are meet with the highest quality and adhering safety standards.

Main areas of responsibility:

Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods according to LCO standards. Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance activities in the FactorCarry out routine inspections and TBM activities on machines to avoid mulfunction and other problems with equipments. This might include replacing parts and checking & inspection of production lines partManage stocks of supplies and equipment. Ordering and installing replacement parts. Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment. Monitor and control maintenance costs by maintain statistical and financial recordsMaintaining and enhancing 5S3R activities across factory premises in addition to taking an active role in ensuring continuous improvement initiatives and projectsRespond to breakdowns and repair the equipment. Diagnose faults and breakdown problems. Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly. Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repair

Requirements:

Electrical / Electronic Degree or Vocational Training2-3 years of experience in manufacturing environmentFluenecy in Arabic and EnglishStrong technical knowledge in machine maintenance and production processes,Adequate tobacco industry knowledge is a plusGood knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership skills (decision-making, motivation and goal-setting) Strong problem-solving skills.
